"Island of Things No. 1", 10x10 Original Painting

My original 10x10 painting, 'Island of Things No. 1', was created using Watercolor, Acrylic, Thread, and Ink on canvas. Comes signed and in a secure package, ready to hang. Please note that the sides are only 3/4 inch. Would look best hung on its own or installed in a floating frame. I can custom frame this piece for an additional $50 upon request. 

This painting was created as part of my Island of Things Collection. With this collection, I’m carrying out research on my indigenous Taino roots. As I gather and reflect on family oral histories, symbols of the Taino, and written histories about the myth of their extinction, I’m more and more inspired to create these works.
